We ship nationwide across Unite States using certified courier companies. For international shipping requests, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and any additional costs.

International shipments: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected courier.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment payment is confirmed and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, restrictions, courier logistics, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

In certain promotions, shipping may be free. This will be clearly stated on the product page or in the promotions section.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Te Conté will not be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delays or Losses
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors such as weather conditions, government restrictions, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange for a replacement or issue the corresponding refund.

7. Shipping-Related Returns and Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by sending photographic evidence to our customer service email: soporte@teconte.net.
Our store’s returns and warranty policies will apply.
