Eligibility for Returns
To be accepted, your item must:
Be unused, and in the same condition you received it.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a solution.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards and discounted items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original order. Once your return is approved, you may place a new purchase for the replacement product.
Refunds:
When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may require extra time to post the refund.
